A file you can hand to someone, not a screenshot

An export carries the data it describes, not just a sentence about it. When a chat answer lists or filters rows, the session's HTML transcript and CSV export carry every row; the PowerPoint slide and PDF section cap the printed rows for readability and state, in the document, exactly how many were left out and where to get the rest. A long-running export, the PowerPoint or the Full Dataset Report, can be cancelled mid-generation: it checks a cancel flag between slides or sections and stops before starting the next one, so nothing partial is ever written.

The Full Dataset Report already distinguishes a section that legitimately found nothing from one whose builder failed, and lists any failures in its own Report Notes section. A degraded report also produces a distinct warning when you export it, naming how many sections failed and which, staying on screen until you dismiss it, rather than the same plain success message either way.
